Wanda Munger Joins Virtual Hold Technology Leadership Team
Former VHT Customer at BellSouth Now Supporting Its Global Partnerships

Akron, OH – October 11, 2005 – Virtual Hold Technology® LLC (VHT), the leading provider of virtual queuing solutions, announced that Wanda Munger has joined the team as Executive Vice President of Channel Sales and Support. In this role, Ms. Munger will be responsible for managing VHT’s global partnership with Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel company (NYSE: ALA, Paris: CGEP).

Ms. Munger joins VHT from BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. in Atlanta (NYSE: BLS), where in her 30-year career she held a number of key positions including Director of Strategy and Planning, Director of Operations and Technical Support, and Assistant Vice President of Small Business Sales.

As one of VHT’s first and largest customers, BellSouth Small Business Services implemented the Virtual Hold solution in its contact centers in 2000. Ms. Munger brings a unique perspective to her work in managing the company’s channel sales efforts. “I’ve been a believer in Virtual Hold since I first heard their sales presentation in 1998.
