U.S. Patent 6,754,334 Provides Additional Intellectual Property Protection
Akron, OH – 06/24/2004 – Virtual Hold Technology LLC (VHT) announced today the
receipt of U.S. Patent number 6,754,334 from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The
patent, issued on June 22, provides broad protection to VHT’s innovative Queue
Management Solutions. This patent is the third relating to the company’s Virtual Hold
callback solution, used by call centers worldwide to allow customers to leave the queue and
maintain their current queue position without waiting on hold.
